This User Agreement outlines the terms governing access to and use of the Aphacards partnership platform.
1. Acceptance of Agreement
By accessing or using the Aphacards partnership platform, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement, along with all applicable policies and guidelines referenced herein.
2. Account Access
Access to the partnership platform is granted only to approved users. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.
3. Platform Use
Users agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with partnership guidelines. Any misuse, abuse, or unauthorized activity may result in immediate suspension.
4. Data Accuracy
Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information submitted through the platform, including transaction details and contact information.
5. Account Suspension or Termination
Aphacards reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the partnership platform for violations of this agreement or behavior that poses legal, operational, or security risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. Aphacards is not liable for losses, damages, or interruptions resulting from use of or inability to access the platform.
7. Changes to Agreement
This User Agreement may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
